At Cerba Research, we are committed to finding the best talent to join our team. We have partnered with Vector Talent to manage the recruitment process for this role. If you're interested in applying, please direct all applications and questions to Vector Talent.
The Marketing team at Cerba Research is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to be the operational owner of our campaigns. You'll take content from finished asset to live, multi-channel campaign, keep stakeholders on track, and turn performance data into clear next steps. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves things forward without waiting to be asked.

About Cerba Research

With over 40 years of clinical research expertise, Cerba Research offers clinical trial management, specialty lab and biomarker services, and medical devices and diagnostics. Its global accredited laboratory network spans the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia and Africa, supporting clients from research and development through to commercialisation, with a mission to help patients get access to new treatments faster.

Why Join Us?

•      Real Ownership - Campaigns are yours to run, end to end. You won't be waiting for sign-off on every move, and you won't be stuck as a task-taker.
•      Content Worth Promoting - Webinars, whitepapers, event summaries and scientific blogs from a business at the sharp end of clinical research. The raw material is strong. Your job is to get it seen.
•      A Voice That Counts - Spot a gap, a trend or a campaign idea and you'll be expected to say so. Good ideas here get picked up, not parked.
•      Global Reach - Your work lands with CRO, biotech and pharma audiences across the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific and beyond.

How You Will Add Value

As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will contribute to:

•      Keeping campaigns moving with clear plans, timelines and accountability, so nothing stalls waiting for a chase
•      Getting more out of every content asset by building promotion plans across email, social and web
•      Turning data into decisions, explaining what performance means and what we should do next
•      Spotting the bigger opportunity by linking related content, repurposing what we have and bringing new campaign ideas to the table

Your Responsibilities

•      Build and maintain campaign plans and timelines, run campaign meetings, set agendas and document actions
•      Hold stakeholders to agreed deliverables and deadlines, flag risks and blockers early and come with solutions
•      Work closely with the Content Manager to develop promotion plans for blogs, event summaries, webinars, whitepapers and other assets
•      Write email copy and social posts, coordinate approvals and schedule activity across channels so campaigns launch on time
•      Manage LinkedIn visibility, keeping a sensible balance across therapeutic areas, services, events and company priorities, and supporting audience targeting across CRO, biotech and pharma
•      Monitor engagement across email, website, social and downloadable content, report on key metrics and trends, and recommend optimisations and A/B tests
•      Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activity, conferences and scientific developments, and turn them into campaign ideas
•      Support marketing operations where needed, including uploading content and PDFs, building landing pages in WordPress and briefing external agencies

About You

You're a doer with a plan. You like structure, you're comfortable nudging senior people to hit their deadlines, and you'd rather explain why a number moved than just report it. Ideally you've done this in life sciences, CRO or a B2B scientific setting.
•      Proven experience in campaign management or marketing execution, ideally B2B and within life sciences, CRO, pharma or biotech
•      Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
•      Confident stakeholder management, comfortable holding people accountable
•      Strong written communication, able to write clear, engaging email and social copy
•      Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret data and recommend action
•      Highly proactive, someone who spots opportunities beyond the brief
•      Desirable: WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn campaign management, GA4, Salesforce (Pardot) and email design tools such as STRIPO
•      Fluent in English
